Falanghina is a white grape variety that originates
in the Campania region of Italy. Our Falaghina
comes from the certified organic Calleri vineyard,
planted on the east side of the San Andreas Fault
in the soils of an ancient alluvial fan. This Falanghina
was whole cluster pressed, fermented with native
yeasts in neutral barrels, and aged sur lie for 10 months.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal effective sulfites.
Tastes Like: White peaches, apricots, orange blossom, honey.
